To ensure the workout is safe, effective, and ends on time, 3 minutes late will be the cutoff. You can be 3 minutes late. Anything beyond 3 minutes will not be allowed.

We require a CC to be stored on file to verify idenity and enforce our $15 8-hour late-cancel and no-show fee policy.

Renegade is the ultimate group strength and conditioning workout in fitness. We strive to create an exercise based on physiological/anatomical science and foundational principles of strength training while immersed in an intimate environment with top-level sound, lighting, and equipment.

Renegade is not a boot camp. Our workout’s success is not based only on calories or generic movement. While the calorie is important, we ensure resistance training is at the forefront of our workouts. We are a “muscle first” gym but do understand the significance of cardiovascular activity, which is why we use Assault Fitness Air Runner Treadmills and  There isn’t a workout that is remotely close to what we offer and we guarantee top level education along the way.

We currently offer parking options at all locations. Please allow 5-10 additional minutes to find street parking in the event our parking lots are full.

We have cubbies or lockers in the studio of each facility to store your items.

Every location has a water fountain. However, we ask that you come with a bottle as we do not currently sell water.

Towels are mandatory to attend every class. Unfortunately, we do not offer towels and ask that you bring your own.

Our classes often fill; therefore, it is crucial that if you register for a class, you attend that class. You are ensuring that as many Renegades as possible can take their desired classes. We have an 8-hour grace period for you to cancel your class. If you cancel less than 8 hours before the class start time (which includes changing a location or time), you will incur a non-refundable $15 late cancel/no-show fee.

Membership adjustment requests must be emailed to info@renegadefit.com at least seven days before your next payment date. Please note that we typically respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Head to renegadefit.com and click the “sign up” link at the top left. Complete the registration page to activate your trial. Or, you can download the free Renegade Fitcamp app, create a profile, click “buy,” select desired location, and complete the process. Please note you will need to add a credit card and complete a liability waiver before booking your first FREE class. Renegade has a $15 late cancellation (within 8 hours) and a no-show fee.

For your card to be successfully updated, you must update it through the Mindbody website.

Absolutely! Renegade is for all levels of fitness. Renegade is where a beginner, intermediate, and advanced athlete should be.

Once you sign into the Mindbody site and update your card, previous card information will be deleted.
