Each session is designed to target specific muscle groups in a rotating weekly schedule. This means you can train consistently, recover properly, and keep showing up without feeling burnt out.
The Renegade Class Format
Every class is a full experience—broken into three strategic training zones:

RACK ZONE

TURF ZONE
This is your playground for functional training. Expect agility drills, bodyweight circuits, core work, sled pushes, and mobility work. It’s designed to build power, athleticism, and real-life strength.

CARDIO ZONE
